German solidity in a Japanese jacket. Beautiful and unique Shinrai Japan knives.
The Japanese Damascus Print Series - Nakiri knife from Shinrai Japan has extreme sharpness and hardness, due to the use of the best damask steel with a hardness of 60 on the Rockwell scale. This knife is suitable for cutting vegetables very small and for thinly peeling. The tip of the knife is slightly rounded so that you can quickly cut through your vegetables from an angle.
People who cut a lot probably suffer from it sometimes. Knives that become blunt very quickly and blades where the cut food always sticks to the knife. This is a thing of the past with this razor-sharp knife set from Shinrai Japan. The hand-crafted steel blade continues into a beautiful Onyx Epoxy handle.
Shinrai Japan's knives are unique as most of them are handmade. Forged from German High Carbon steel, making the blades hard and very sharp. A beautiful and durable knife set that cannot be missing in your kitchen.
- Made of German high carbon steel
- Hardened to 60 HRC Rockwell

Handmade in detail
Because the knives are handmade, every time we can look closely at every detail. This way you get the best quality Japanese knives.
Perfect grip
The handles consist of high quality Onyx Epoxy. The epoxy creates a nice effect on the handle. Each handle is different and in reality the handles are even more beautiful than on the pictures. The handles lie well in the hand and provide a nice grip when cooking.
A second advantage of the blade is the crop. This does not extend all the way to the edge, but it clearly separates the handle from the blade. This provides extra safety while cutting, which is nice!
