Maintenance tips and recommendations
To keep your paring knife in optimal condition, we recommend washing it by hand with mild soap and warm water. As with any good paring knife, you should avoid the dishwasher as the aggressive cleaning can quickly shorten the life of your knife. After washing, make sure to dry it immediately and carefully to avoid stains.
Sharpen regularly
Use a sharpening stone or sharpening steel regularly. This allows you to effortlessly maintain the sharpness and precision of your knife, extend its lifespan and continue to enjoy an unparalleled cutting experience.
Store
Properly storing your knives in a knife block is essential to not only ensure safety, but also to extend the lifespan of your knives. By storing them in this way, you prevent damage to the cutting edges and ensure that they are always within reach when you need them.
Correct surface
Quality cutting boards are essential to keep your knives sharp and extend their lifespan. They provide a soft, non-abrasive surface that prevents knives from dulling quickly and reduces impact on the blade while cutting. Using high-quality cutting boards is an investment in both the performance and durability of your knives.
