At Skottsberg, we believe that a pan is not a disposable item, but a friend for life. This 28 cm Stainless Steel wok is designed to be exactly that: a reliable partner that only gains more character with the years. Whether you're stir-frying crispy vegetables at high temperatures or preparing a flavourful noodle or rice dish. It is robust, honest, and made for real work in the kitchen.
Stainless Steel Series
A stainless steel pan distinguishes itself primarily by its durability and versatility compared to other pans. Unlike pans with a non-stick coating, nothing wears off. You can also cook at high temperatures, ideal for stir-frying where speed and heat are essential. Compared to cast iron, stainless steel is much lighter and easier to maintain; it does not need to be seasoned and can simply be put in the dishwasher. In addition, stainless steel does not react with acidic ingredients such as soy sauce, lime, or tomato, ensuring flavours remain pure and allowing you to prepare all kinds of dishes without worry.

What makes this wok unique is its high-quality construction. No hassle with layers peeling off, just pure quality that lasts for generations.

- Size: With a diameter of 28 cm, this is the ideal wok for preparing meals for the whole family.
- Heat sources: Suitable for gas, ceramic, halogen, and induction. It can also go into the oven without problems. Not suitable for open flame.
